No, I am not a millionaire. I wish I was - or at least close. The name of the blog was inspired by all the comments we received when we had our second baby.
We already had a daughter, "Sweet P" - born in May 2009, and had a boy, "Little C" in May 2012. Everyone referred to us as the Millionaire's Family. Apparently, the term is used to describe a family with one boy and one girl - the "ideal" family, like winning the lottery (or a Million dollars) - hence the term "millionaire's family". To be clear, we would've been perfectly happy with whatever children we had! I do not think there is such a thing as one ideal type of family. All families are ideal as long as there is love!
Since I didn't want to just blog about my kids - who wants to read only about the kids?? - I decided to use this term for this blog since my posts will be about the kids and our life as a family in general.
